"Fair monthly billing overall"
The monthly billing feels fair, honestly. I did have, like, one small mixup, but it wasn’t a huge deal and everything was fine overall.

"They were running behind again"
I showed up on time for my appointment, but ended up sitting there for about 40 minutes past it. Not sure what was going on with that, but it was frustrating.

"They really got the pressure right"
I mentioned that I like firm pressure, just not anything too intense on my shoulders, and she actually paid attention. She checked in a couple times in a really easy, not awkward way, and adjusted right away when needed. I don’t know, it just made the whole thing feel a lot better. I left feeling genuinely improved and wasn’t sore the next day, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a really good visit.

"I’ve been worn out from trying…"
I’ve been worn out from trying different places and explaining the same shoulder issue over and over, so I didn’t go in expecting much. But the massage was actually really good. My shoulder felt noticeably better afterward. It wasn’t a total fix, but it definitely helped, and that was enough for me.

I went in clear about where I was hurting and even asked for lighter pressure, but it felt like they just went through their usual routine anyway. My neck was the main reason I booked, and they barely spent any time on it. The staff seemed nice, but I left feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for. It’s frustrating because I expected the massage to be more personalized, and after that experience I don’t really trust them to listen to what I need.

"Scheduling Is a Total Mess"
The massage itself is fine when I can actually get an appointment, but trying to schedule one is ridiculous. Everything is either booked out forever or the time suddenly changes, and it feels like they just don’t have it together. it’s really frustrating and they need to fix their system instead of leaving customers to deal with the hassle...

"The massage itself was fine, nothing amazing..."
The massage itself was fine, nothing amazing but still relaxing enough. I decided to try one of the add-ons, and maybe it would be worth it for someone who really knows what they’re looking for, but in my case it felt overpriced. It was explained really quickly, and I didn’t notice much of a difference during or after the massage. I left feeling like I paid extra for something I barely experienced.

"Clean enough, but kind of underwhelming"
The place was clean, so I’ll give them that, no real complaints there. But the waiting area felt a little plain and not exactly relaxing, which was kind of disappointing. The rooms were fine, I guess, just basic. nothing was terrible and I didn’t have a bad experience, but for the price I was expecting it to feel a bit warmer or more welcoming. It was okay, but also weirdly not quite what I hoped for

I felt like the therapist was in a rush the whole time, like they were just trying to get it over with. They barely listened to what I mentioned and kept checking their phone, which was frustrating. The massage itself felt random too, no real flow or plan to it. I ended up leaving sore and annoyed, and I definitely won’t be going back to massageenvy.com.

"Nice having the same therapist each time"
I’ve been going to this spot for a bit now, the best part is I keep getting the same massage therapist. That might not sound like a big deal, but it kind of is. Other places I’ve tried kept switching people on me, and then you have to explain everything all over again. Here, the staff seems steady, so booking feels easier and less of a hassle.

The massage itself was fine, but I felt a little awkward with the draping and didn’t feel fully covered the whole time. Privacy could definitely be better. Also, the reminders beforehand were way too aggressive, like, I get it, I have an appointment. It just felt a bit much.

The site gets the job done for booking, but it could definitely be smoother. Pages loaded okay for me, but finding what I needed wasn’t always super straightforward. I ended up clicking around more than I expected. Not a bad experience, just not the easiest one either

I just booked and visited one of their locations recently, and that experience made me appreciate how consistent everything is. The setup felt familiar, booking was straightforward, and the staff were totally fine. When you’re traveling, it’s nice not having to figure everything out from scratch each time.

I signed up after asking a few questions, and the whole process was easy. They explained the monthly charge and cancellation rules clearly, which I appreciated. The contract still took a little time to read through, but nothing felt hidden or confusing on purpose. I do wish the freeze policy had been explained a bit sooner, but overall it was a good experience.

"Better fit after I updated my preferences"
I appreciated that they did pay attention to my therapist preferences once I updated them. My first visit was just okay, and I felt a little dismissed during that session, so I wasn’t sure if I’d stick with it. The second therapist was a much better fit and made me feel more heard. Booking was easy overall. I’d give it 4 stars

"It’s in a good location and easy..."
It’s in a good location and easy to get to, which I do appreciate. But the parking can be a headache. The lot is often full, and I’ve had to circle around or park farther away more than once. I’m sure other customers feel the same way, it kind of makes the whole visit feel stressful before you even get inside
